The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the maritime museum nearby, perfect for exploring and learning about the city's rich history. The hotel is also conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy for families to travel to other destinations. being next to Atletico Madrid stadium adds excitement for sports enthusiasts staying at the hotel. There is even a bloody Mary station for adults to enjoy a refreshing drink.
Some guests have experienced issues with the terrace, as mentioned in another review. It's disappointing when expectations are not met, especially when receiving multiple confirmations about certain amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bilbao. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and the famous Guggenheim Museum. The hotel personnel were kind and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room had plenty of space for our luggage and even included special amenities for our cat. The thoughtful gestures made our stay even more comfortable. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the football stadium. Being a football fan, I loved being able to see the stadium from my room. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choices. The staff at the breakfast were friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of the San Mamés football stadium and close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel was also conveniently located along the river, making it easy to explore the city. the cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff were attentive and helpful.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
